Your landlord deploys the lease on-chain

Your landlord sets the terms — rent amount, security deposit, due date, lease duration — and deploys them to Solana. You receive the lease details linked to your wallet address. The terms are immutable. Neither party can change them after deployment. No verbal agreements, no fine print, no surprises.

Lock your security deposit in the vault

Your security deposit goes into a Program Derived Address (PDA) vault on Solana — not into your landlord's bank account. The vault has no private key. It's controlled entirely by the smart contract logic. Your landlord cannot access your deposit unless the contract authorizes it. If the lease ends cleanly, the code returns it to you automatically.

Pay rent with one click each month

On your due date, you send rent to the escrow vault with a single wallet signature. The transaction is confirmed on Solana in under 400ms. It's permanently recorded with a timestamp, your wallet signature, and the amount. Your landlord cannot claim the payment never arrived — it's on the blockchain. Immutable. Public. Yours.

Get an on-chain receipt for every payment

Every rent payment generates an on-chain record: the transaction signature, block number, timestamp, and amount. Anyone can verify it — your landlord, a court, a future landlord doing a reference check, or your accountant. You can export your full payment history at any time directly from Solana Explorer. File a dispute if anything goes wrong

If your landlord violates the lease — refuses to return your deposit after a clean tenancy, claims you missed a payment the blockchain clearly recorded, or tries to change terms — you file a dispute in seconds from the app. The escrow is frozen immediately.
